Oscar is a year old Hound mix. He is about 15 pounds. Oscar is a timid boy who needs someone special to show him patience and love. Oscar arrived to Heartland huddled in the back of crate, trying to make himself small as can be. In a few short weeks, Oscar has blossomed into a different dog who enjoys going outside to play, enjoys the company of other dogs and is learning to accept pets. Oscar is crate trained and is almost potty trained. Oscar is in love with toys and will spend endless hours playing with them.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested negative (age 7 months and older) and microchipped. We do not ship or transport. A dogs adoption donation is $200. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.
