Maverick is an active, sweet 1 yo dog. He is very dog friendly and loves running around in a yard. Maverick was found running around on Park Avenue in Richmond. His finder brought him to Jellys Place. We reported him to the County, but no one ever claimed him. We are determined to show Maverick that hoomans can be kind and loving and that his next home will be his forever home. Maverick is shy and reserved when he first meets new people. However, if you are patient with him, he will bond with you and be a wonderful, loving companion. Given Mavericks size, he would do well in an apartment or a private home. A home with another dog would be ideal. Maverick will be neutered, UTD on vaccines and microchipped as part of the adoption process. Applications are being accepted and qualified applicants will be contacted.
