Description:
Meet Greg! He’s the happiest Labradoodle ever. Greg is about one year old and is still gaining weight! The last we checked he was up to 73 pounds from 60 when we got him. Greg came to us a little sick but we got him well and he is ready for his forever home. Greg is crate trained, he does well on a leash but he does pull a little bit and he’s been great with the kids and dogs. Greg also does well at the groomer. He doesn’t really realize how big he is, we are sure he thinks he is a chihuahua! Greg did get a foster chicken in his mouth. She was terrified, but unharmed as Greg apparently has a soft mouth! Greg gets very, very carsick and needs to ride in the front seat. He also needs medication to help him on trips.

Interested in becoming a forever home for Greg? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we dont go any further without an application.

Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Greg.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Greg the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.

Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or theres an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
