Description:
This misplaced cast of Tangled is searching for a kingdom of their own.

With a guesstimated birthday of Oct. 20th, their mom and dad each weigh about 45 lb. Weve included a picture of mom (black) & dad (blonde). In July 2022 he weighed 75 lb.

Lance is leash-savvy. They are house-trained when kept on a regular schedule. Hed rather race in his yard & play with his brother, Pascal. Hes used to being crated at night & is working on waiting until he goes outside to potty.

Theres a grumpy old lady dog in his foster home that hes learning to stay away from. The tiny puppy is fun, but brother is best :)

Lance is in a new foster home where he has more room to play. His foster mom said, "Lance is my gentle giant. He loves toys and thinks he needs to take them with him on our walks. He likes to be in the cool house where he can find new toys and eat other dogs food. They LOVE water and to run full blast. They get along with all sizes of dogs."

**********

Whether dogs / puppies come in as strays or owner surrenders, we usually have to make our best guess as to birthdate and breed.

If adopted into a home with other animals, particularly cats, your new pet should be crated or secured when youre not available to supervise to insure a harmonious relationship.

A vet reference is required to confirm responsible pet ownership. Requirement is a minimum three year vet history documenting current / previous pets are spayed / neutered, kept up to date on core vaccinations, and on heartworm prevention. We suggest first time pet owners without a vet history look for an adult dog for companionship and to gain experience. Other rescues or your local government-run animal control agency may have different adoption requirements.

Adoption fee covers two vaccinations. Additional fees for 3rd puppy vaccination, refundable spay/neuter deposit, etc. may apply.

We are an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue. We receive no funding from agencies.

Not all foster dogs are available for viewing during public events at Tractor Supply (360 Blowing Rock Blvd) in Lenoir, NC. Available animals can be seen most Saturdays at Tractor Supply in Lenoir from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We recommend interested parties contact us to pre-qualify for adoption so their new furry family can go home once paperwork is complete. Fees are required in cash. For more information on our organization, our website is www.petpartnersrescue.org.
