Bernie is a super sweet boy who takes a little bit of time to warm up to people. Once he gets to know you though, hes your friend for life. He is very loyal and kind. He needs someone who can take time with him and build trust.  The perfect home for him will be one with another friendly and confident dog to help him overcome some shyness.  

PUPDATE:
Bernie had to have shoulder OCD Debridement and he has been recovering very well and he is ready to go to his forever home. He will not have any lasting effects from his surgery.

This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
