In shelter Dog

Nepean, ON, K2E 1A6
Pet name:
Labrador Retriever
White / Cream
Vinny is as strikingly handsome as he is sweet! His unique brass-colored coat is like that of a Chesapeake Bay Retriever (without the curls). He is definitely part Labrador Retriever with other Mexican breeds mixed in. We think Vinny may have inherited his temperament from a rabbit, since hes as gentle and cuddly as a bunny!

Vinny has a charming habit of quietly but athletically jumping in the air when hes trying to get the attention of a visitor to the shelter, so he may have some Kangaroo in his DNA too! Vinny, who is about three years old, weighs in at about 21 kilos (47 pounds), in a conveniently compact package. Despite his muscular build, he walks on a leash like a true gentleman.

Vinny is eager to please, and he strikes just the right balance between exuberance and attentiveness. Hes basically a snuggler, with moderate exercise needs. Like with his kennel mate and bosom buddy, Stripe, its a mystery to us here at the shelter that Vinny has not been snapped up long ago. We were hoping to get these two pals adopted together, so we may have aimed too high. Although Vinny would miss Stripe if separated, what this good boy wants most of all is a loving forever home where he can snuggle and be snuggled. Please dont overlook sweet Vinny when adding to your pack!
Vinny is being fostered near Ajijic, MX and can be adopted locally or to parts of the US and Canada.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
