Description:
Meet Nick! Nick is about one year old and we think he is a lab with pointer, and probably super mutt and some pitty mix. Currently, he is about 65 pounds and a little chunky from his time in boarding. Nick is one sweet and happy boy! He loves playing in the dog park with all his doggy friends. He is very active and high-energy and loves nothing more than a good run and romp in the park. Nick will need lots of time for exercise! He can also be a chill pal inside, AFTER his exercise. He’s perfectly crate trained. And walks well on a leash, although he will need the practice to make walks fun and exciting! He is very respectful of other dogs even, his little Chihuahua foster sisters! He is probably too exuberant for small children however, Nick would love an active family of his own and is ready and waiting for you!

Interested in becoming a forever home for Nick? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we dont go any further without an application.

Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Nick.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Nick the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.

Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or theres an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
