Finnegan is  1 yr old and  12lb. He was found running the streets in Oklahoma for over a week. He is very sweet and loves other dogs. Almost potty trained. Loves human affection. Loves to run and is high energy, needs a home with a yard to run that energy off, no apartment.  We believe he is a Lhasapoo.
