Buster is a young special-needs Lop rabbit who suffers from chronic dental issues and periodic episodes of GI stasis. He is otherwise very friendly, playful, and high-energy. He deserves a loving, attentive sanctuary home *with a middle-aged or senior partner rabbit*. Buster is a chow hound, but has to have all his veggies chopped and his pellets softened because his incisors and a few molars have been removed. To keep his bloodwork and weight stable, he gets critical care on his pellets as well a nutritional supplement. Because of his medical issues, Buster will need to go to a rabbit-savvy home with the financial means to care for him. Every time he goes to the vet, itll cost between $500-1,000, and hell likely need multiple vet visits every year. His vet is Catnip & Carrots, so his adopter must be a current client of that practice - and Dr. Jennifer Saver will help us to vet all potential homes. Buster has been neutered and is in foster care. To inquire about adoption as a partner rabbit, please email adoption@bunniesandbeyond.org.
