Puppies are cute, cuddly and looking for a family to call their own. They need an owner who is home often, and willing to help with training, socializing and housebreaking. They need to be let out often so they can learn to go potty outside. Training is required, and we will need to see proof from adopters that puppies have been signed up for classes. They need an owner to be committed to them forever, and in return they will reward you with a lifetime of cuddles, kisses and love. Sound like a commitment youre ready to make? ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS:
*ADOPTION FEE: $450.00

*Be at least 21 years of age

*Live in a 50-mile radius of Itasca, within the Illinois border

*Have the knowledge and agreement of all adults living in the household

*Have approval from owner of residence (written in lease)

*Have a valid ID with current address (please provide proof of address if ID address is not up-to-date)

*Be approved as a suitable adoptive home by Fetching Tails Foundation

*Be prepared to make a lifetime commitment

*TRAINING IS REQUIRED! THIS PUPPY MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR TRAINING AFTER 14 DAYS OF THE ADOPTION! WE WILL NEED TO SEE PROOF*
