Meet Charlie, a 20-lb (at 14 weeks, so still GROWING), male, All American Dog who was born early May 2022.

Charlie is not currently house broken as he is just a puppy. He’s pretty smart, though, and will do great with some structure and positive reinforcement! He is used to sleeping in a kennel at night and does really well. He may still have an accident overnight but he’s getting better every day!

Charlie is a medium energy puppy that is good with dogs. He is on the larger side, so he is best with dogs around his size or larger. He is rather submissive with puppies and dogs that are young and larger. He can sometimes be a little rough with the smalls or seniors. He does not currently live with children but considering his age, he should adapt to children just fine. He does like to jump to hug his people so older children or a family willing to train out this behavior is best. 

Charlie loves playing with his foster siblings. He enjoys being outside and even splashing in the doggy pool. He really likes plush squeaky toys but also loves naps. He’s such a funny little guy, anyone would be lucky to have him!
