His owners divorced and his mom has planned to relocate and downsize to a smaller home. While Louie has been ok with most people including the older teenager in the family, he was very anxious and uneasy around the special needs teenager in the home. As a result, the family started keeping him outdoors or isolated in a bedroom, away from the special needs teenager. He has also been chewing his wrists to the point of being raw and inflamed, so he is currently with a medical foster who is working on improving his wrists and improving his anxiety behaviors.

Fear not this senior. This boy loves to be active if you are. Hes also happy being lazy if thats your style. He mirrors his humans behavior and just wants to do everything with you.
Ideally, he would be adopted by an older individual or couple who is home most of the time. He is basically looking for his Florence Nightingale!
