Description:
These photos may be disturbing, but the good news is this dog is no longer tethered, is getting plenty of food, and is in the air conditioned Bedford County Animal Shelter. The owners could no longer care for her. Please do not comment on the negative. Our purpose is to help Mr. Peeps find a new home. More information will be provided as we receive it. What we do know is he is said to be good with children. Mr. Peeps would not be a good fit for a home with cats. He is already neutered and will be updated on vaccinations. We have not tested Mr. Peeps with other dogs yet. He would need a meet and greet with other dogs in the home. For more information please call the facility at 540-586-7690. You can also email our rescue at fobcasfriends@gmail.com.
If you are interested in giving this poor soul the home she deserves please fill out an application in the link provided https://friendsofbedfordcountyanimalshelter.rescuegroups....

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
