Anderson, IN, 46011
Pet name:
Pit Bull Terrier
Sampson is so handsome! This 3 year old playful pup has such a uniquely colored coat! Sampson is an active guy that would love to join your on your next adventure whether it be walking, running, or hiking. He is ready for it all! Sampson is currently living in a foster home and has picked up several commands very quickly. He knows "sit", "come" and "down" and will "wait" for his food. He has been working on impulse control with food and it has been going very well. Sampson walks nicely on a leash and is house trained and crate trained. He enjoys going for car rides and doing anything active. Sampson is friendly with other dogs, but can be a little rough and pushy when he plays, so will need a dog friend that is understanding of his play style. He will likely need a very slow introduction to dog friends in his new home. He can be a bit mouthy and doesnt always realize that hands are not toys, so a home with older children is required. Sampson is a work in progress, but is sure that there is an adopter that can help him become the best dog he can be! Is that you? Apply today to meet him!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
