Description:
Arlo is a 68 pound, 6 to 8 y.o. male house hippo patiently waiting for his forever home. He loves people, especially when they give lots of loves, cuddles, and good scratches. Arlo loves a good run, long walks, relaxing in the yard and other daily adventures. He walks great on a leash, LOVES playing in water, and would love hiking. He’s not a barker, but does make little snortles like a piggy. Arlo will greet you with the biggest smile, and best wiggles every day. Because of his size, and his wiggles, a home with older children is ideal. Arlo is great with older kids, other dogs, however, cats are the enemy. He hasn’t had an easy start to life, so a patient, attentive, and active family will help him navigate what it means to finally have a home.

Arlo is currently being fostered in Houston Texas. We have adopted to many happy families in your area, can provide references and use an amazing ground transport organization.

Please fill out an application on our website www.goodlif3bullyrescue.org/adoption-application-1 or email goodlif3adoptions@gmail.com to learn more about Arlo.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
