Gavin is a yearish old bully breed mix who came to the shelter as a stray. His owner was notified several times to come and get him but never showed up. Now we want to find a new family for this lovable lug who will never abandon him again!
Gavin is a fun loving fellow with a zest to live life to the fullest! Despite his current predicament about being stuck behind bars, he is as happy as can be! This playful pittie is always up for running, walking, meeting new people, play time, or rough housing with some of his doggie pals at the shelter.
Gavin loves to play with toys in the yard and will happily chase and return to chase again. He also knows not to sit for his treats and is learning to do that for his toy. He is definitely a higher energy type of dog that would prefer to live his summer time hiking and exploring the town versus Netflixxing on the couch all day.
If your life is lacking a little fun and excitement, Gavin is sure to add that to the mix! He really is a fun loving dude and will make your day with his enthusiasm and zest for life.
He’s sponsored with funds his new family can use to take some fun training classes with.
If you would like to meet any of the adoptable dogs, please fill out an application online (if you are not already pre-approved), call the shelter, and leave a message with your name and phone number and the dog youre interested in. Have patience, and they will call you back when they can. From there, a time will be scheduled for you to come and meet the dog. Please be patient, and remember they are very short staffed at the moment.
