Back in 2012, a tornado touched down and destroyed the majority of my city. As was the case with many other pets, Roscoe was displaced and a good samaritan found him wandering the streets when he was no older than a month or two old. They asked a countless number of people if they were missing their pet, but no one claimed Roscoe. They took Roscoe in, fed him a few times, and he has been with them ever since. He is 10 years old now. Roscoe is an extremely friendly and energetic dog who loves the outdoors. Roscoe loves a good bone to chew on and, although he may look intimidating, he loves to be cuddled. Roscoe weighs about 63 pounds but firmly believes he is a lap dog. He is friendly with other dogs and also does well with other people. Roscoes current owners are moving and cannot take him to the new place. He does not require much maintenance, just a loving family. Can you help us find this boy a place to a forever home? Roscoe is participating in The Love Pits iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
