PERSONALITY TRAITS:

If we are lucky we all have getting older and old to look forward to. In Warriors case his owners health is to the point its not safe for them or Warrior so they made the extremely difficult decision to take him to the shelter where they are hoping a loving family will adopt him. In Warriors case, it may be somewhat of a hospice situation. When he arrived at the shelter he had a lot of masses of which most have been removed.

Everyone that knows Warrior described him as very loyal and lovable. He knows basic commands and walks well on leash. He is the perfect dog for an older couple that likes to take leisurely walks and stop to smell the roses.

He is good with other dogs and kids but due to his age he would do best with dogs and respectful kids that wouldnt jump on him or pull on his ears. No cats/kitties for Warrior.

Its a very sad situation when a family has to part with a fur-boy that has been with them for a very long time. Its also very difficult on the dog to suddenly find himself in a shelter situation which is far from being calm and quiet.

Do you have it in your heart to give the appropriately named Warrior a second chance with a new loving family?

Please contact the shelter above if you are interested in Warrior.
