Tanner was found in the street of Freeport.  More than likely he was used for a bait dog.  This sweet boy was in pretty bad shape when he came in.  Hes healing up nicely but will have scars.  Hes currently going through heartworm treatment.  Hes current on vaccinations and microchip.
