***LONG TIMER ALERT***

This handsome boy is Popeye! Popeye is a 4 year old white and tan male Pit mix who was brought to the shelter as a stray through Hopkinsville animal control. Popeye have done fantastic with the shelter staff and should do well with kiddos. He hasnt seemed to mind other dogs he has been around although we do not know how he would do with them in a home setting. Popeye keeps a clean kennel but we dont know if he is housebroken or not. With him being a stray we also dont know how he is with cats. Popeye is great with people and worth a trial adoption. He is HEARTWORM NEGATIVE as of 8-18-22 and weighs about 62 pounds. Poor Popeye has been here nearly two months now.

His adoption fee is $24.75.Dogs are $68.75 and puppies are $66.25 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $41.25 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates petfinders every two hours. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
