Location: Berkeley Springs, WVCame into the shelter as a fearful stray. Has really opened up and is now a playful goofy boy with our staff. Still can be fearful/reactive toward some strangers. Estimated age around 1 year. Reactive toward other dogs in the kennels, but could be kennel stress. Needs rescue or savvy adopter.
