Howard is a pretty formal name for a dog. While Howard is kind of wearing a permanent tuxedo, hes actually more of a casual kind of guy. Every day is casual Friday for Howard- he never dresses up. Or dresses at all, since hes a dog and clothing is optional Howard is a young boy who would love to find an equally casual home with an active family who will keep him busy.
