Description:
Can you love a sweet, sensitive mush of a dog like Max?

Its easy to fall in love with Max. Hes a 6-year old, 60-pound pit bull mix with a beautiful brindle coat. But aside from his good looks, what makes him lovable is his personality.

Max is gentle and friendly. He bonds easily and loves being with his people. He is not at all aggressive.

His favorite things are relaxing on the sofa, going on walks, his snacks and treats, and playing with his babies, his collection of toys.

Our Max would do best in a family where he is the only pet. Although he gets along with cats and most dogs, Max would thrive in a household where he can receive the attention and affection he deserves.

Max was just evaluated by our trainer, who found no behavioral problems other than a tendency to jump on those he loves. (Our trainer will come to visit just after Max is adopted, to help eliminate that behavior.)

He is neutered, is up-to-date on all veterinary care, and is very healthy.

Max looks forward to hearing from you.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
