DOGS DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for some entertainment in your life? If you dont mind a little crazy, Grim would like to apply for the position! This boy is sure to keep you laughing with his zoomies and his love of belly rubs. He enjoys belly rubs so much he snorts like a little piggy whe he gets one! Grim gets along with other doggies but for a little guy plays rough. If there is another dog in your home they will have to be able to handle his style of play. Grim is an energetic boy so he would prefer a home with a yard where he can run and play with his toys. A couple walks a day would also be great and would help him learn how to properly walk on a leash. Once you meet this crazy, handsome boy you will immediatley fall in love!

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
