Meet Bubba, a 2-year-old male Pitbull/Husky mix. The person that found Bubba noted that he loves to go on long walks/hikes and never seems to run out of energy. He does pull on the leash but will calm down after his initial excitement is released. He did good in the finders car and happy to go. Bubba was curious about the finders cats. They did not spend time together but he might be a little to excited for felines. Bubba didnt like the water and was scared of the finders sprinkler. Bubba has been a little reserved with the staff at the adoption center. He likes to check out the park and go for walks but seems to be reserving his judgment on his caretakers at this time. It is likely that he will bond better to an active adopter that can make him part of their daily lives. This pet is available for adoption on 8/136/22. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at 509-457-6854. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animals picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Dont Shop.
