Meet Beck! Beck entered Baldwin Park Shelter as a severely matted stray, and the shelter shaved him down for comfort. When he wasnt claimed, we scooped him up to become a Frosted Face on August 23rd. Beck is 12 years old and weighs 14 lbs. Soon after his arrival, Beck went on a two-week Frosted Fling to get extra love and care in the comforts of a home and decompress after his stressful experiences as a stray. Beck is doing so well that his Fling Family invited him to stay longer while he waits for his forever home. His Fling Mom shares: "Beck continues to blossom and thrives with attention. He has so much love to give. He loves to sleep up against your body and snuggle his face into your neck. He does a happy dance at feeding time and has really settled in. He is the easiest dog to care for and low maintenance. He is so grateful for the very basics but his favorite thing is to be curled up on your lap or near his human where he feels safe. Beck is good with dogs, cats, kids, adults, everyone! Hes house trained, does not pull on leash, gently takes treats, and sleeps through the night. A 14 lb. bundle of love who doesnt require much space and would be good for a first time dog owner." Be sure to watch the cute video of Beck cuddling with his foster brother Jones!
