Description:
***Biscuit is experiencing an EXTENDED STAY. In hopes of helping him find his forever home sooner, his adoption fee has been reduced by 50% to $150!

Biscuit is a gorgeous 1 year old retriever/chow mix who weighs 55 pounds. His shaggy golden coat and intense eyes will have you swooning!

He was house trained in his previous home and is used to being crated over nigh and when left alone during the day. He should easily adjust to a new home with time and a consistent routine.

Biscuit would likely do best as the only dog in the home. Hes not a fan of small does but does get along with most large dogs during play dates. Since he tends to guard his things from other dogs in a home setting, hed prefer to have you all to himself. He hasnt had much interaction with children and tends to be sensitive about having his face touched so he would do best in a home with respectful teenagers and older who can read his cues and allow him space if he needs it.

Biscuit is an active boy who would benefit from having plenty of daily exercise to keep him happy and on his best behavior. Hed love to go for long walks, hikes, runs...he might even like swimming! Hes always looking for adventure and would love a human who is also!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
