Description:
Meet Eddie
He is a happy curious older puppy with medium energy. He is house trained, crate trained and has great house manners. He stays off the furniture and picked up on all the other house rules very quickly.

He needs a family that is patient with him and will all participate in his daily care. He bonds best with the family members that feed him. Hes slow to warm up, but once he knows you are his person he loves you dearly.

Training: sit, off, wait, leash manners and threshold training. He is very motivated, so training has been a breeze.

Kids: respectful dog savvy kids will be best. He is shy and your kids should be able to accept and understand how to go slow. Once warmed up it’s a none issue and he adores my 11 year old daughter.

Dogs: He loves them! Eddie really looks to our resident dogs and uses them as a learning tool, hell need another dog in the home to become his best self. Loves to wrestle and play so another playful dog is required. He plays well with the smaller and larger foster dogs.

Cats: unknown but probably fine with a proper intro.

Fence: Required. No ties outs or electronic fences/collars.

Barking: Nope, almost never but he does talk to you when he wants something. Its the cutest. Hes very quiet otherwise

Favorite things: Chews, Balls, Catch, rolling in the grass, neck scratches, wrestling with other dogs..... oh and treats!

Eddie a sweet, affectionate fella who initially presents shy but warms up and adores his people and furry friends. He needs a patient family that will allow him a few days to acclimate and that will continue to expose him to new things and continue his training. He’s really quite an easy puppy! Are you ready to meet him?
