Hello, my name is Murphy. I am 7 year old male shar pei mix. I’m current on vaccinations -rabies, distemper/parvo, dewormed and neutered. 

Murphy came to us all the way from the shelter in New Mexico in the hopes of finding his forever home. Murphy is one of the most stunning dogs ever! He is super sweet and calm! Murphy will need to be an only pet in an adult home.

Murphy came on the most recent transport from New Mexico with 16 other dogs! I’m so glad we got these guys, I am so in love with all of them!

Murphy hasn’t had the most glamorous life in the past, from what I’ve heard he was put through some really bad experiences. But all that matters is he’s safe, healthy and so loved with us! 

Murphy and I explored Four Dances Trailhead today, he was the perfect hiking buddy. Murphy loved running around on the lead, he was never too far in front of me. His recall was great, his car manners were amazing, and he loved to show me how pretty he can sit! 


Adoption Fee $125
This fee helps pay for the vaccinations, spay/neuter, boarding, food, and overall care and shelter of all the animals in our care.

**If youre unable to adopt, please consider donating or volunteering your time to these deserving animals currently living at HHP. They require care and love on a daily basis, which adds up monetarily. Our shelter is funded by donations and adoption fees alone. The need is great within our community and your support matters.
