Dog or bat? The world may never know! Meet Otto. After residing at a local gas station for months living off of scraps, Otto was brought to Foothills Humane Society with hopes of a better future. Otto is a silly guy who loves to play with other dogs and makes us all laugh with his vocal personality. He gives the best hugs and kisses. He is a connoisseur of cuddles and booty scratches.
