Victor is an energetic pup who needs to be in an adult-only home with zero kids around. He has not had much experience in the world, he was found tied up outside a shelter and was very skinny and malnourished. He is slowly learning the ways of the world, but requires a lot of patience and understanding. He resource guards his food and treats and will get physical if threatened. He needs owners who are super experienced with dogs who have some behavioral issues. Victor is happy to see you but seems to be extremely independent and will do what he wants to do. He needs a quiet household with a good sized backyard where he can roam and hangout in the sun.
