Description:
My name is Viper and Im looking for my furever home. I am a handsome, 54 lbs. Shepherd Mix that is around one year old. I came to Wisconsin from Kentucky because the shelter I was at flooded. I get along with my foster dogs even try to start play.I havent met a cat yet. I love everyone that I have met so far and smother them all in kisses. My only flaw is that due to the rough start my life has had, I have a bit of anxiety, but with medication and training I have made huge progress. I am learning every day, and now understand it is ok to be alone. I will require a bit of patience in the beginning, but I will make a great companion.
Due to my excitement level, I would probably be best in a family with children that are a bit older. I do not know my own size and tend to knock toddlers down. I do well on a leash and tie out, but would love to be in a yard with a fence. I stay pretty close to my foster mom, but as Im getting bolder and more confident, I am wandering further and further.
