Scout is about 1 year old Mexico street dog. He has an under developed lower jaw so has a big overbite. 

Super skittish but playful and fun when he relaxes 
He is goofy just like Sid -The cartoon for Ice Age. 

He will need a fenced yard. No apartments. Another dog his size to play with and he’ll him learn to be a real dog.
