Tucker came into rescue with his mother, Mama. They had been outdoor dogs living on a tie and were left behind when their owners moved away. Thank goodness Mama and Tucker were rescued by a family who contacted us to find them their Furever homes. Mama has been adopted, but Tucker is still waiting for his Furever home. Tucker loves attention and affection from people especially his foster mom and the young children in the home. Everyone who meets Tucker comments how sweet he is. At about a year old, Tucker is a playful, active puppy. His morning zoomies are an every day occurrence. And when hes done playing, Tucker loves to be invited on the couch or bed for snuggles with you or one of the other dogs in the home. Still in the chewing stage, Tucker needs chew bones and toys to keep busy when the other dogs dont want to play. Tucker still needs crated when youre not at home so he doesnt get into things he shouldnt. He easily goes in his kennel on his own and sleeps there at night. He is 100% potty trained. Tucker needs children and a female canine friend in his Furever home. He would be a great addition to your family! Mama, Tuckers mother, is a Great Pyrenees mix. We can see Shepherd in Tuckers mix. Tucker will come to his adopter neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and up date on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Adoption requirements: A secure, visible fence. In order for your application to be approved you must pass a home check and a vet check which includes having at least a two year vet history. Adopters can be located in Missouri and surrounding states: Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kansas. Being fostered in Davenport, IA
