Hey there, I’m Pickles. The ladies call me Mr. Sweet because I’m a pretty big dill and am never sour.  I am so soft and fluffy. They think I’m around 10 years cool, so my wild times as a cucumber are far behind me. These days I much prefer cruising around the backyard, sniffing out a great place to relax. I don’t like to brag, but I’m a pretty smart pickle. I can’t see a lick but have no problem grooving around and making myself comfortable. My halo also helps. I can even find my way outside to use the bathroom. My mom gives me medicine for my eyes in the morning and evening, she says it gives me a twinkle. If you’re anything like my foster sister, you’ll love to hug and snuggle with me. I would like to be an only dog and would make a great companion.

Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dogs age.
