Meet Cassius or Cash for short. He is a charming and curious 3 year old Siamese Lynx point boy. He is a pleasantly talkative boy, especially to convey his excitement about his meals. He is favorite spots for scritches are behind the ears and kind of rubbed along his back. He is the purrfect mix of affectionate yet independent. He likes to be beside or near you but is not clingy. He enjoys hanging out nearby napping on his favorite spot on the cat tree. Like most cats in a new environment he is shy at first but quickly adjusts and enjoys attention from his family and family friends. He is very playful and his favorite toys are mice balls. His short hair doesnt need much maintenance and he is ok with a little brushing but prefers to be responsible for keeping his coat groomed. He is litter box trained and is very tidy however he needs a lower litterbox because he had a hip injury 2 years ago. He is neutered/fully vaccinated/microchipped and combo tested neg/neg. In lieu of adoption fees a donation towards his vetting would be appreciated. Please reach out to Mary-Ellen for an application or to set up a meet and greet at firstname.lastname@example.org. Meet and greets are by appointment at Petco on Great Hills Trail /183 near the Arboretum. Please note we only adopt in the immediate Austin area.
