Description:
Hey Y’all – just take a look at me. My name is Rocky and I’m a 5 year old male Husky/Mal. Moonsong sprung me just in time and landed me to safety, whew! And hey, I don’t wanna brag or anything, but when I resided in the kennel, I was a staff favorite. I love to be the first one to greet them when they come through the door. That way I was getting all the pets and cuddles before any of the other pups. I do get super excited and tend to jump up on people.
Sorry, I can’t help it. I’m just a super friendly guy who happens to love hoomans.

I now live in a pawsome new foster home. I’ve acquired a new furry sister, Aryia along with a new feline friend, Cosmo the kitty. I am still learning how to coexist with the cat. On occasion, it’s still kind of fun to chase him. My new foster Mom found out I love to be outside. Therefore, I will need help learning that chilling inside the house is not so bad. My new hoomans will have to have the time and patience to continue teaching me basic commands along with more doggie manners. I respond well to positive reinforcement training and oh yes, please include those yummy treats for incentive.

I also love my furry friends and playing with them is my thing. I am good with all dog’s, big and small. So, living with another playful friendly dog would be ideal. It sure would be woooderful if I could be part of an active family that could take me on walks, or runs, and hikes. I would also make a wonderful bikejoring partner. Keep in mind, I am a spirited boy with loads of energy. Getting daily vigorous exercise will help keep me chill, healthy and happy.
