Description:
Jack is a gorgeous, 1 year old Siberian Husky mix that you’re going to love. Jack has spent the last 12 weeks in the GCI Training Program and is now a proud graduate! Jack has been trained in leash walking, basic commands, and manners. Upon adoption Jack’s new owners will meet with the FAPL trainers to learn what was taught in the program. Jack does need to be fed separately from other dogs, if he goes home with another dog, although in a home he may be best as the only dog. Jack cannot go to a home with cats. He is an energetic and playful guy, and would love an active adopter to take him for daily walks and runs. He’s not going to be a couch potato type of dog, so if you are looking for young and fun- he’s the one!!

*If you visit the shelter and don’t see the particular animal you are looking for, please ask at the front desk.

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance.

If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
