Spencer is a [very] handsome young spaniel mix that we have available for adoption.   Spencer will need a new owner that will come out and meet him and give him a chance to warm up a bit. He can be shy and unsure with meeting new people.  Once he deems you ok, he quickly becomes a lap dog and is friendly, affectionate and loving.
