Description:
Riker is an 11-month-old neutered male tabby. If you can catch him, he will purr when petted. He roams, out and about, not hidden, in his fosters home, but hell run if he sees you approach. He does come up to eat though and will come near people for treats. He simply needs someone willing to socialize him, and while he may never be a lap kitty, he has great potential to flourish and become a cuddler with a loving and patient owner. Will you give him a chance?

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Please apply for adoption by filling out an application at www.FelineLifelineSC.org. Once your application is reviewed, a volunteer will contact you within 48 hours for an interview by phone or send an email. (Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder.) If approved, we will schedule a meeting between you and the cat to make sure you both like each other. Please be aware we have a variable adoption fee that ranges from $75 to $300, depending on how much money weve invested in the cat. We might consider waiving the adoption fee for Riker for the right applicant. Thank you for your interest!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
