Update August 5th - Bodhi and Cooper are now up for adoption.  Please take the time and read Bodhis   information including the requirements.  Then fill out the online adoption application form at avacats.org an adoption co ordinator will be in touch within 48 hours.  
September 2021   - Bodhi and his littermates Tad(adopted) , Dash(adopted)  & Cooper were found in barn at about 6 weeks old with very bad eye infections and URI. Their mom was also trapped, fixed through the TNR programme and back living on the farm.  They were taken to a foster home, put on antibiotics and eye meds.  Fast forward 8 weeks later and they are ready to find homes.  Bodhi has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received  2 sets of his FVCRP vaccines plus rabies, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200  Bodhi is a very sweet, loving , and  playful  whose eyes still water a bit  He also  has some staining under his right eye ( white fur)  but considering how they were,  he looks great. They went to an eye specialist in Oakville who diagnosed them with the herpes virus and their eyes will always water a bit but just wipe them and put eye drops in if needed.  Bodhi is bonded with his brother Cooper, they play, groom each other and cuddle so we will NOT separate.  They MUST be adopted together.   Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1./2 the work.  AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.They are in a foster home in Ancaster

Please choose the location that says Pet Valu, Global, foster homes Hamilton, Ancaster, Burlington. Once we receive the application, you will receive a phone call for a telephone interview. Once you are approved for adoption, the adoption fee is e-transfer only. Arrangements are made to meet at the foster home. Please only 2 people.
