Allister has petitioned the State of Georgia to legally change his name to Mr. Handsome Hunker McFabulous.  And, hello?  Look at him!  We totally support that and have no idea why we thought he was an “Allister” in the first place.  
In all honesty this lug nut needs a lifeline right now.  Allister is losing weight quickly and not eating and he’s just not thriving in a shelter environment.  It sounds silly, but he’s constantly getting his feet wet, and they’re getting irritated and we’re having a hard time keeping them dry and healthy in the shelter. 

 Allister is a big boy, and he’s pretty strong, and his manners are a bit Neanderthal, at least in the shelter.  That said, he’s been doing really well in some one-on-one training we’ve set up for him, and the volunteer who is partnered with him says Allister is learning and taking direction very well.  

We are looking for a foster, foster-to-adopt, or adopter who can help Allister get his groove back.  We need to put some weight on him and we need to help get him happy again.   His training classes are paid for and we’re committed to helping Allister find a home where he can start thriving again.
