Ralphie is a young male, 17 lb., tan Terrier mix. Ralphies estimated date of birth is September 5, 2021. He was an owner surrender from a home with too many dogs. Ralphie is a shy guy, although we fully expect him to blossom once he gets in his forever home! Ralphie plays well with others and can’t wait to be in a home of his own! He has a $175.00 adoption fee.
