Description:
This sweet boy is Tracker. He likes to take long walks, and he is looking for a family of his own.

Tracker is about 7-8 years old, neutered, up to date on vetting, house broken and crate trained.

He is a Treeing Walker Coonhound mix and like all hounds, he likes to use his nose, and he likes to bark about it! He would not be ideal for apartment living. But he is ideal for an active human or family with a yard who is looking for a best friend. He is tons of fun to take on walks.

Tracker gets along well with other animals, canines and felines alike, although he does prefer to keep to himself.

Tracker has had a rough go of things. He arrived very thin and with a terrible backstory which includes being beaten with a metal pole. He has gained weight, and weve promised him he will know nothing but love from here on out.

His adoption has been sponsored!

Applications for adoption are available on the Empire Animal Rescue Society (EARS) website at www.empirerescue.org

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
