Vegas is an eight month old Yorkie born approximately January 12, 2022. He is crate trained, dog friendly, stranger friendly, and friendly with children under 6 years of age and up to 16 years of age. Vegas is a social butterfly that loves makining new friends. He needs a fenced yard to play in because hes an active dog. Vegas is a very affectionate, cuddly lap dog and he gives lots of kisses. His artistic side comes out when he is left alone and he may create some unique art for you. Vegas loves to play fetch and would adore having kids or other small dogs around that would have time to run around and play with him. Vegas would not like to be left in a kennel for long periods of time because he loves to have company. 

The suggested adoption donation for Vegas is $665. Muddy Paws is a 501c3 non-profit organization which means that part of your donation MAY be TAX DEDUCTIBLE. We are a 100% volunteer rescue committed to giving animals a second chance at life. All donations go toward that mission. Adoption fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. In 2021 alone, we were able to provide animal Healthcare costing over $306,000 covered mainly through adoption fees.

Information about the adoption proces: All adoptions require a completed ADOPTION APPLICATION. Once your application is approved, we will put you in touch with the animals foster to see if you and the pet are a good match. If so, we will arrange a meeting for you and the animal. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. 

Please Note: We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We always select the right applicant for each animal, based on the animals needs. If you and the animal are not a good match, we will help you select another animal, or we will keep your approved application on file for 6 months.
