Who says you can’t ‘buy’ love? For a small adoption fee ($400 for both), you can! Never be alone again! Two gorgeous men to escort you to bed, the bathroom, kitchen, to check your food to make sure it’s safe to eat, hot water bottles for a cozy night, help fold the laundry and find missing socks, the list is endless.

Meet Tater and Mario, two handsome fluff balls - the softest fur I’ve ever brushed. Active and healthy, sassy Mario and devoted Tater are just waiting to love you forever.

They love everyone they meet - Tater is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. Mario loves children, but not young ones, kiddos 8 years and up are his jam! Tater prefers them a little older. Both love going on walks - be prepared to stop and talk to all the neighbors who want to meet these precious guys. You may end up carrying Mario home, but hey he’s only 6+ lbs.

They tragically lost their mama and are wanting a new lap to snuggle in. Come on, give these two lap warmers a chance! Contact us today - you won’t be sorry.

Part of a bonded pair will only be adopted together - we will not separate.
No apartments please, must have a fully fenced yard.
Tater is 8 years old and weighs about 8lbs.
Mario is 12 years old and weighs about 6lbs.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

CAMO rescue is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing small dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill TX shelters.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
