Description:
Animal Profile: Pelusa is an adorable 7-month-old female Airedale Terrier mix who, along with her siblings. Pelusa is active and has a typical terrier personality - she would do best in a single family home with a securely fenced yard. She has basic training and leash manners, but is still young and attending classes would help her bond and connect with her new family.

Foster Update:
Pelusa is playful, confident, and social! Shes been a quick study with potty and crate training, and with a consistent routine is not having any accidents. Shes food and treat motivated so that helps. Pelusa is excitable and friendly, so shes working on her leash manners and will need continued training in her adoptive home to maintain her manners. Pelusa is friendly with other dogs and does like to wrestle with the resident dog (1 year old, 55 lb pitsky) in her foster home. Pelusa is confident enough that she doesnt need a furry friend in her forever home, but she would benefit from structured play dates with other balanced dogs. Pelusa needs a home without cats as shes a little too interested in them.
