Description:
Hi there, Im Myra, a short and stout Staffordshire terrier mix with a heart full of love and energy! I had a rough start as a stray but was lucky enough to find my way to the shelter. Now, Im ready to find a loving forever home where I can be the best friend to an experienced dog owner.

Background:
I spent most of my life in an animal shelter, which can be stressful for a dog like me. Living here has affected my behavior, but the shelter staff is helping me work on it. When I first meet people, I get so excited that I come out of my kennel like a bullet! I might be mouthy during this time and grab onto things like the leash. But dont worry, I respond well to corrections and happily redirect my energy towards toys.

Personality:
Once I release all that built-up energy, my true personality shines through. Im a cuddly and affectionate girl who absolutely adores belly rubs and hugs. I cant wait to share all my love with my future family.

Favorite Activities:
Im a water enthusiast! When the weather is warm, I love splashing around and swimming. Its one of my favorite ways to have fun and cool off.

Compatibility:
I would do best in a home with an experienced dog owner who understands my needs. I require plenty of exercise to stay happy and balanced, so someone who can provide me with regular activities would be perfect.

Preferred Home:
Im looking for a loving and patient home where I can continue to work on my behavior and blossom into the best version of myself. With the right guidance, I know I can become the perfect companion.

If you think you could be my perfect match, please call (704) 784 7387, option 0, to schedule an appointment. I cant wait to meet you and show you just how sweet and spunky I can be!
