Meet STELLA Stella was surrendered to an overcrowded shelter in Texas TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! She had a family her whole life and was surrendered for being “too active” Not only did she spend the holiday in a shelter kennel. She waited there for 8 more MONTHS for someone to adopt her, but no one came. There are so many dogs in Texas that even loving wonderful, highly adoptable dogs like Stella are overlooked. When our Texas volunteer told us about her and how sweet she is, we couldn’t say no. She’s now in Maine being fostered with another female dog as well as children and is great with both! Although stated she was surrendered for being “too active” this girl is not hyper. She is COMPLETELY house and crate trained, walks AMAZING on a leash and truly wants nothing but love and to be with you all the time. She will jump up for affection but is eager to learn! We do recommend children 12 and up because she does not know her size. She thinks she’s a lap dog. She is good with other dogs, and has seen cats and chickens on walks, and completely ignored them STELLA IS: 3 years old 60lbs Spayed Up to date on vaccines Negative for heart worm and tick borne diseases Click here to apply : https://form.jotform.com/82708252435154
