Meet Sloane. This petite lowrider is the sweetest thing. She was on death row at a Houston shelter and was saved minutes before her time was up. Sloane is 5 years old, weighs about 45 pounds, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. She’s a bit timid at first but slowly warms up. Her personality is very calm and laid back. She’s crate trained, potty trained, and friendly with people and dogs. She lives in a foster home with kids ages 8 and 13 and absolutely loves them. Her tails goes 100 mph as soon as she sees you and she sometimes smiles. She walks well on leash but will lay on her back for belly rubs every few steps, and when you stop, she sits and waits. Sloane is looking for a home of her own, where she can be loved and spoiled. She would do well in a home with another dog who can help her gain confidence but would also do well being the center of attention.
